LINK System
The Rosehill Rail horizontal LINK Crossing System cleverly handles movement caused by different vehicle loads, preventing panels from separating.
Made in the UK using 100% recycled tyre rubber and Rosehill’s unique polyurethane bonding, these solid rubber panels are strong, durable, and built to last, ensuring great performance at higher train speeds.
LINK System Overview
Each individual panel is manufactured under compression to guarantee dimensional stability and to counteract compressive set, ensuring a reliable and secure solution. By preventing compressive set, the panels offer exceptional stability, eliminating distortion and gapping for maximum safety and durability.
Further performance enhancements include the NEW moulded rubber tongue and groove connections, specifically designed to safeguard against vertical lift. These versatile panels cater to sleeper centres at 600mm and can be manufactured for all gauge types.
Tailored to suit all types of rail, clips, and sleepers, these adaptable panels are ideal for any situation, particularly long crossings and angled road intersections, providing a comprehensive solution for diverse railway requirements.
Boosted Performance with Innovative Features and Easy Installation
The NEW moulded rubber tongue and groove connections offer additional performance enhancements, ensuring secure protection against vertical lift. These connections facilitate quick and straightforward installation and removal, as the connectors link the panels together seamlessly.
With no specific tools required, the installation process is highly efficient. The entire crossing is held within a single matrix, preventing panels from accidentally dislodging, and is securely fastened using the end restraint.
For optimal results, it is recommended that the panels rest on Rosehill Rail’s exclusive Rubber Edge Beam with wide outer panels, delivering a reliable and well-integrated solution for various railway applications.
Speed of installations and removals can be further improved using Rosehill Rail Lifting Pins. The two holes are then simply filled in with a rubber plug.
The fixing cavity is filled in with a cover plate.
