Anti-Trespass Panels
Rosehill Rail’s Anti-Trespass Panels serve as both a visual and physical barrier, deterring individuals from attempting to access rail tracks or other restricted areas.
Studies conducted before and after implementation demonstrate that these panels can decrease the number of unauthorised people trackside by up to 78%, contributing to enhanced safety across rail networks.
Anti-Trespass Panel Overview
Network Rail Approved and Eco-Friendly Anti-Trespass Panels
Our unique anti-trespass panels have been approved by Network Rail in three variations, each designed to offer enhanced deterrence, reduced installation time, and a superior end product that meets the needs of railway administrations.
Manufactured from 100% recycled rubber, these environmentally friendly panels contribute to a greener future. All panels come complete with plastic ‘planks’ and fixing screws for immediate mobilisation.
Additional fixing kits are available, beyond those included with each panel. These kits consist of 2 recycled plastic ‘planks’ along with 8 fixing screws and washers, providing a comprehensive and adaptable solution for railway safety.
Innovative Conical Design for Enhanced Usability and Efficiency
The new conical design double flange panel is tailored for use in the four-foot (gauge), fitting seamlessly into the webs of the rails. All panels in the range come complete with plastic ‘planks’ and fixing screws for immediate mobilisation.
Typically installed on the outside of the four-foot, the single flange panel eliminates the need for cutting down the double flange panel, reducing on-site cutting. This results in less waste and faster installation times.
The full-width flangeless panel is perfect for all off-track applications, including platform ends. Developed to be effective as part of a comprehensive matrix at wider level crossings/wideways, this panel offers a versatile and efficient solution for various railway settings.
