Prize Draw Rules for the Rosehill Rail – Rail Live Challenge

1. Eligibility:

• The prize draw is open to all attendees of the Rail Live exhibition.
• Participants must be 18 years or older to enter the prize draw.

2. How to Enter:

• Snap a selfie with our latest innovation – the Modular Drainage System – at the Rail Live exhibition.
• Post the photo on LinkedIn with the hashtag #RosehillRailLive.
• Tag Rosehill Rail in the post to ensure your entry is counted.

3. Entry Period:

• The prize draw begins at 9am on Wednesday 19th June 2024.
• The prize draw ends at 12pm on Monday 24th June 2024.
• All entries must be posted on LinkedIn by 12pm on Monday 24th June 2024 to be eligible.

4. Prize Details:

Three Amazon gift vouchers will be awarded as prizes:

• 1st Prize: £250 Amazon Gift Voucher
• 2nd Prize: £150 Amazon Gift Voucher
• 3rd Prize: £100 Amazon Gift Voucher

5. Winner Selection:

• Three winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
• The draw will take place within one week after the close of the prize draw.
• Winners will be notified via LinkedIn message and announced on Rosehill Rail’s LinkedIn page.

6. Claiming Prizes:

• Winners must respond to the notification message within 7 days to claim their prize.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days a new winner will be selected at random.

7. General Terms:

• Each participant can only win one prize.
• Entries must be original photos taken at the Rail Live exhibition.
• Rosehill Rail reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.
• By entering the prize draw participants consent to the use of their photos by Rosehill Rail for promotional purposes.

Q: Can I enter more than once?

A: No each participant can only enter the prize draw once.

Q: How will I know if I’ve won?

A: Winners will be notified via LinkedIn message and announced on our LinkedIn page.

Q: What if I don’t have a LinkedIn account?

A: A LinkedIn account is required to participate in the prize draw as the entry involves posting on LinkedIn.

Q: Can I take the photo with any Rosehill Rail product?

A: The photo must include our latest innovation the Modular Drainage System to be eligible.

Q: When will the winners be announced?

A: Winners will be announced within one week after the close of the Rail Live exhibition.

Q: What if I miss the deadline to post my photo?

A: Only photos posted by the end of the exhibition will be eligible for the draw.

Q: Are employees of Rosehill Rail allowed to participate?

A: No employees of Rosehill Rail and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
